I can listen if you want me to
I’ll take your pain on me
I’ll take it on my shoulders
This is how I long to be
Deal with it,
I’ll make you see
I’m braver than the lions
Fighting for their pray
I know the world is evil
But I’ll protect you
Night and day
Now listen to the words I say
It’s like playing hard to get
You work really hard
But in the end
You won’t regret
The things you’ve done,
And things you’ve said.
Look at you
Your cheeks are wet
Is that salty taste
Of tears once shed?
Or are these sprinkles sweat?

Don’t keep living with those problems
