Love? (Chapter 2)

Die stared at the now closed door.
Really, what was this feeling?
He looked around on the internet.
Maybe he could find it there?
But Die soon gave up.
Why look up some things if it'll probably go away soon?

But Die was wrong.
Weeks passed by, but the feeling lasted.
Even more when Shinya would smile.
As Die's best friend Kaoru was the first to notice there was something wrong.

Kaoru: "Die, you've been acting kinda weird around Shinya these past few days, what's wrong?"
Die: "Huh? Oh, nothing."
Kaoru: "Really?"
Die: "We never could get along that well before anyways, right?"
Kaoru: "True, but..."
Die: "Nothing but, there really isn't anything wrong."
Kaoru sighs.
Kaoru: "If you say so you're probably right, huh..."

Kaoru was still suspicious, however he didn't bother Die about it anymore.
Soon after Kyo started to get suspicious too.
So Kyo started to talk to Die about it.

Kyo: "Hey dude, what's been going on between you and Shinya lately?"
Die: "Huh, why?"
Kyo: "Because you're acting all weird around Shinya nowadays."
Die: "Well... there's nothing wrong, really."
Kyo: "Guess so?"

Kyo also left Die be.
But days passed and Die couln't keep it in anymore.
He went drinking with Kaoru when he suddenly exploded.

Die: "Kaoru, I can't stand it anymore."
Kaoru: "Stand what?"
Die: "The weird feeling that goes through my body when I see Shinya."
Kaoru: "What kind of feeling."
Die stared at Kaoru.
Die: "Don't play dumb at me, you know what I mean."
Kaoru: "Honestly speaking, the things that you say are so vague I don't understand at all."
Die: "It's a weird feeling that I just can't describe, especially when he laughs, it kinda feels like the sun warming your body you know."
Kaoru took a sip of his beer.
Kaoru: "Dude, you're in love."
Die looked at Kaoru dumbfounded.
Die: "Say what?"
Kaoru: "You heard me."
Die: "In love with Shinya? Me?"
Kaoru: "It's just waht these feelings are, when you feel like someone brightens your day, your in love with that person."
Die: "Massaka... (Can't be...)"
Kaoru: "Well... it's the only explaination I can think of."
Die: "So I'm in love with him..."
Kaoru: "Yaps."
Die: "Even though I know he's a male."
Kaoru: "Yaps."
Die: "And even though I'm supposed to be straight."
Kaoru: "Can we quit this already, you're in love with him, so what? You're allowed to love whoever you want right."
Die just nods and stalks back home.

So the feelings he got from Shinya were the feelings of love.
Now what the heck was he supposed to do with that?
