Als Aya op een dag perongluk in het magische land, Narnia, terecht komt verandert haar leven voorgoed. Hoofdstukken in haar leven waarvan ze nooit gedacht had die ooit mee te maken, beginnen en geheimen stapelen zich en ontrafelen zich. Haar verleden en haar toekomst lijken zich te vermengen als Aya erachter komt dat ze toch niet zo normaal is, als ze dacht dat ze was. Aya's opstandige maar toch volhoudende krakter zullen haar zeker helpen, wanneer Aslan haar de opdracht geeft om prins Caspian bij te staan in zijn strijd tegen Miraz.
